How you’ll play your part
The role will be responsible for supporting the creation and delivery of our training initiatives to improve sales productivity, customer engagement and people development and will work closely with HR and our brand partners to drive engagement and development at all levels to help our people to continue to create transformative impact.
Main Accountabilities
- Research the latest learning trends, tools and techniques to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Manage your own time and support our Training Leads to manage multiple projects across a range of stakeholders.
- Support the design process for a variety of training course content, covering various mediums including digital learning experiences in line with business need.
- Work with external suppliers to build eLearns.
- Support our Training & Development Leads to develop action plans for lowest performing quartiles to improve performance.
- Understand the learning cycle and suitable digital solutions as well as competency using a variety of IT software, including Microsoft applications. Power BI knowledge is also an advantage.
- Interpret our training data to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of training delivered.
- Develop non-classroom training materials and handouts as required to support learning.
About you
- Knowledge and experience of digital solutions to enable learning, with the ability to research and to remain up to date with best practice.
- Effective time management skills.
- Good commercial awareness across the business.
- Confident when supporting the delivery of training to a wide variety of audiences.
- A high degree of organisational and project management skills.
- Organised self-starter, able to work without direct supervision.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
