How you’ll play your part
We’re looking for someone motivated and curious, who combines strong analytical thinking with the ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively. In this role you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising pricing strategies for Mercedes-Benz and smart parts and accessories, taking into account business objectives, market conditions and competitor analysis. You’ll conduct in-depth analysis to implement pricing that is competitive and profitable, to support the growth of parts sales in the workshop and trade parts channels.
What you’ll do:
- Shape and deliver pricing strategy by working closely with the central Mercedes-Benz pricing team to optimise parts pricing and align with the global pricing model.
- Drive data-led pricing decisions by analysing parts master data, competitor pricing, sales performance and market trends to assess impact across MBUK and the Authorised Repairer network.
- Build future-focused pricing solutions by designing automated, AI-enabled pricing processes and agile pricing plans that adapt to forecasts and deliver commercial results.
- Lead UK parts price alignment and optimisation, proposing and delivering bi-annual price alignments informed by competitor insight, market conditions, and business plan targets.
- Own end-to-end pricing delivery and impact, building approval-ready business cases, and analysing performance to drive corrective action against revenue and profit targets.
- Support with the creation of campaigns to achieve part purchase targets, identifying growth opportunities through data analytics and insights.

- Advanced Excel capability, with the confidence to analyse and interpret large, multi-source data sets.
- The ability to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling stories using PowerPoint.
- A sharp analytical mindset, paired with a commercial, entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong commercial awareness and confident, effective communication skills.
- A strong pricing background and solid parts knowledge within the automotive industry (highly desirable).
