The Mercedes-Benz electric commercial vehicle ranges offer solutions in most sectors, with more exciting models and updates due in the coming months. We therefore need a dedicated EV specialist to help our customers understand the infrastructure requirements and vehicle capabilities to help us deliver our EV targets in an ever-changing EV market. This is a group position and will report to the Sales Director. Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence. This is a rare opportunity to join Ciceley Commercials, one of the top sales teams in the Mercedes-Benz network, and start a successful career within a vibrant, successful company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify suitable customer targets and groups for outbound prospecting and sale
- Handle incoming enquiries
- Conduct customer visits to help identify infrastructure requirements
- Generate relevant website and social media content
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations
- Manage the scheduling of the EV demo fleet
- Generate sales materials to help customers understand the infrastructure requirements
- Form relationships with infrastructure suppliers and DNOs/IDNOs
Qualifications:
- A good knowledge of the EV market and competitor models
- A good knowledge of electricity infrastructure requirements related to EVs
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- A confident and determined approach
- A high degree of self-motivation and drive
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment
- Competent in the use of new technologies as part of the selling process
