We are currently looking for a Vehicle Sales Administrator to join the team at Mercedes-Benz of Newbury. The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, have excellent administrative, numeracy and PC skills and enjoy working independently.
Key Accountabilities
- Process New and Used orders placed by our customers
- Provide updates to internal and external parties
- Raise relevant documentation for customers
- Provide weekly updates to sales staff on current orders
- Process New, Used and Fleet vehicles
- Upload finance documents
- Ensure vehicles are paid in full by customers prior to taxing
- Taxing of both new and used vehicles
- Raise internal requests for vehicle pre delivery inspection and additional agreed work
- Assist with bringing site purchases into stock
- Registering service plans
Key Skills
- Professional personal manner and committed to providing first class customer service
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Computer skills (Word / Excel)
- Experience working with Kerridge
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role within the Motor Industry is desirable
40 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.30 with 1-hour unpaid break.
