How You’ll Play Your Part
We’re looking for someone highly motivated and agile, who has strong expertise in fleet sales, contract hire and leasing and who is highly customer-focused, able to adapt and reprioritise in a fast-moving environment. In this role you’ll work as part of a team managing the relationships, programmes and volume delivery with our Leasing Company partners in the UK.
What You’ll Do
- Drive growth by maximising Mercedes-Benz Cars penetration across key leasing partners.
- Collaborate with leasing partner sales teams and the MBUK Corporate Sales team to unlock sub-channel opportunities and deliver fleet growth.
- Drive excitement and advocacy for Mercedes-Benz products through targeted promotional activity and experiential events.
- Act as the senior face of Mercedes-Benz Cars to assigned leasing partners, owning all corporate and business sales engagement.
- Build strong relationships across MBUK internal sales, retailer network and leasing company teams to maximise sales, aftersales and premium service delivery.
- Continuously optimise systems, processes and Salesforce records to deliver premium service, capture opportunities, and ensure accurate, timely reporting for leasing partners.
- Represent your leasing partners by providing market insights, managing relationships responsibly, and analysing pricing and residuals to optimise MBUK fleet performance.
