Business Travel Coordinator – 12 Month FTC
A vacancy has arisen for a Business Travel Coordinator to report into the Travel Manager – Race and Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost effective provision and administration of travel and accommodation services to support the team’s corporate and competitive objectives.
Key Accountabilities (Duties)

Co-ordinate Ad Hoc Travel Requests and Tests

Research and provide cost options for approval prior to any bookings being made

Book all the travel arrangements for approved travel requests and tests including flights / hotels / transfers / car hire

Production and publication of the travel itinerary

Completion of the flight manifest including input of passenger details and submission to airlines.

Completion of the rooming list including submission of the list to hotels.

Co-ordinate the arrival of the team and any VIPs.

Booking of all ground transfers both in the UK and overseas.

Organise the allocation and use of Mercedes supplied vehicles.

Organise the completion and submission of the subsistence allowances for team members after a race / test event.

Check, reconcile and complete the administrative process for all invoices. Identify and make arrangements for the recharge of any costs.

Provide out of hours contact as and when required for all travel arranged by the job role

Support with Visa arrangements

Maintain and provide records and other information to facilitate the smooth operation of the travel department.
Candidate Profile:

Experience of SAP is desirable

Advanced Excel and numeracy skills

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail is key
