About the Role
As a Graduate Regulations Analyst you will help the team interpret and apply FIA Formula One regulations across sporting, technical, and operational areas. You’ll work with experts in engineering, operations, and finance to make sure we stay compliant while finding performance opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret FIA regulations and turn them into clear, actionable guidance.
- Develop automation and ML tools to make regulation analysis faster and smarter.
- Build models and tools to test compliance and explore scenarios.
- Analyse and summarise data from technical documents, race results, and FIA updates.
- Create clear briefings and visuals for engineers and leadership teams.
- Support Sporting & Operational rule reviews, including SAC meeting prep.
Candidate Profile
Essential Skills & Experience
- A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Data Science, (2.1 minimum grade or equivalent).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with Python or similar tools for data analysis and modelling.
- Clear communication skills and able to explain complex ideas simply.
Desirable Skills
- Interest in Formula One, motorsport, aerospace, or other regulated high-performance industries.
- Experience in the creation and development of data analysis tools through personal, university or work projects.
- Exposure to AI/ML tools, especially LLMs, for document analysis and automation.
