You will gain practical experience on the complete F1 car lifecycle, from concept to racing, while tackling real engineering challenges and collaborating with Design, Build, Test and Race Team colleagues.
You will join a hands-on program that develops engineering capabilities, processes and best practices in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art environment at our Brackley factory.
