About the Role

An opportunity has arisen to join the Electronic Operations team, as an Electronics Wiring Technician on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Electronics Manufacturing Team Leader, you will be part of a fast paced and close knit team.

As an Electronics Wiring Technician, your key accountabilities and duties will include:

  • Production of high quality electrical and electronic components, harnesses, and assemblies, ensuring adherence to specified timelines and exacting standards. Utilising Autosport and Aerospace connectors, MIL spec wiring, heat shrink moulded parts, and proficiently handling PCB assembly.
  • Servicing of on and off car assemblies including inspection and test.
  • Working collaboratively with Electronic Design and Build departments.

Candidate Profile

  • Harness experience is essential, with a strong knowledge of Raychem Systems 25 procedures, Mil spec, Autosport and Lemo connectors.
  • A good understanding of electrical assembly drawings.
  • IPC-A-610 or equivalent soldering qualification would be advantageous.
  • Be well organised and delivery focused, to meet on-time deadlines in a high pressure and time sensitive environment.
  • Have excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A background in a motorsport environment would also be advantageous.
