As a team, we pride ourselves on challenging and developing our graduates with a rotation plan that will provide exposure to a breadth of engineering topics across a range of exciting and challenging Formula 1 projects. During your time on the Graduate scheme, dependent on your skills, you may have time in some of the following departments;
- Calibration and Controls; Define and deliver calibration and control system innovations that optimise energy flows to achieve the fastest Qualifying & Race laps and deliver outstanding driveability.
- Mechatronics and Chassis Engineering; helping simulate and design new concepts for our Energy Recovery Systems together with chassis integration.
We offer the opportunity to work in a state of the art technology centre, being involved in exciting technological challenges alongside some of the world\'s best engineers. You will get the opportunity to engineer solutions in world class facilities. You will also have the opportunity to work towards chartered status with the IET or equivalent body and will be assigned a personal mentor who will support you throughout.

- You need to be a curious, tenacious and driven individual with a hunger to work in a fast paced environment
- You will have a 2.1 degree, or above, in a numeric discipline such as Systems Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics or a related degree, with a strong grounding in maths, physical systems modelling and control systems development.
- You should have a strong academic background in relevant A Level, or equivalent disciplines, for example mathematics or sciences
- You will need to have an excellent understanding of engineering first principles together with control system techniques and be able to demonstrate how you have applied these in your university projects.
- You will be equipped with good programming skills in a language such as Python, Matlab, Simulink, C++ or similar.
- You will a logical deductive mind with a calm systematic approach to problem solving.
- You will possess excellent communication skills.
- You will have the personality traits of self-motivation, adaptability and creativity and relish working to tight deadlines.
- You will need the courage to challenge and the desire to be challenged, to expand your technical knowledge and skills
