Your role:

  • Lead with vision: You’ll drive the execution of Unite’s UK sales strategy, delivering ambitious growth and elevating our commercial impact across public and private sectors.
  • Empower and inspire your team: You’ll lead and inspire a diverse group of 22 talented professionals – including Functional Heads, SDRs, Account Executives, CSMs, and Supplier Managers – fostering a high-performance culture, building capability, and promoting inclusive engagement across all UK regions.
  • Champion customer success: You’ll develop and guide the CSM function, ensuring seamless transitions, long-term value, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Foster winning partnerships: You’ll build and nurture key supplier relationships, enhancing range, diversity, and credibility while supporting our ESG and social value commitments.
  • Deliver data-driven results: You’ll leverage analytics and best practices in forecasting, reporting, and CRM adoption to drive performance and strategic decision-making.
  • Strategic, visionary leadership: You set bold direction and inspire teams to deliver outstanding results in complex, fast-evolving markets.
