As Director of Marketing at Mercanis, you are the strategic mind behind our growth story to €30M ARR. You will develop and execute a scalable marketing playbook that solidifies our positioning in the Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. In this role, you will sharpen our USPs, expand analyst relations (Gartner/G2), and spearhead our international expansion into the UK and France. As an empathetic player‐coach, you will lead a growing team and ensure that marketing becomes the primary driver of our sales pipeline. Your work combines creative storytelling with data‐driven scaling, significantly shaping the Mercanis brand on its path to market leadership.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and take ownership of the holistic Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for DACH and the expansion into the UK and French markets.
  • Establish Mercanis as a thought leader through targeted Product Marketing, sharp positioning, and the expansion of Analyst Relations (Gartner, G2).
  • Drive the shift from an outbound‐heavy focus to a high‐efficiency inbound engine that measurably contributes to Net New ARR.
