Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Partner Success Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of our Informed Design Partner Programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how the Partner Channel works with Autodesk product teams and possess the ability to drive collaboration between Informed Design and Partners worldwide. This role requires a self-starter who can manage their own priorities, tame the chaos, and be outcome driven. We support hybrid working, and you will report to the program manager, strategy and operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Launch Partner Program: Create and launch a comprehensive Partner program specifically for Informed Design, ensuring alignment with Autodesk’s IC strategy
- Own Strategy and Execution: Fully own the strategy, execution, and success of the Informed Design Partner Programs, driving growth and engagement. Leverage existing Autodesk partner programs, events, and activities where appropriate
- Drive Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration between Informed Design and Partners globally to achieve mutual success
- Flexibility in Execution: Ability to quickly deliver iterative outcomes while continuously learning, implementing insights and stakeholder feedback and pivoting when necessary to meet objective or business needs
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a business partner to the Adoption, Marketing, and Product teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of goals
- Partner Engagement: Lead direct Partner engagement, both virtual and on-site, and promote ways for Partners to monetize with Informed Design
- Drive Impact: Actively manage reporting and metrics on the impact partner programs are delivering for Autodesk and Partners
- Partner Profiles: Build detailed partner profiles to aid targeted marketing and content creation efforts
- Clear Communication: Develop and refine communication plans and materials, incorporating feedback to improve program documentation
- Outcome Driven: Be outcome-driven and excellent at managing stakeholders to achieve desired results
- Strong Representation: Pursue speaking and other public-facing opportunities to establish the IND Partner Success Team as a known entity to internal and external parties. Travel for customer visits and events as necessary to build and maintain strong Partner relationships
Minimum qualifications
- You have proven experience in Partner management, preferably within the software or technology industry
- You have a strong understanding of how the Partner Channel works with product teams
- You have experience developing and launching programs
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tame chaos and drive outcomes
- You are a self-starter with the ability to manage their own priorities and use time wisely
- You have strong business acumen and the ability to act as a business partner to cross-functional teams
- You are willing to travel to customer visits and events
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Autodesk Partner Channel
- Experience in the design, engineering, or construction industries
- Experience in a global role, managing Partners across different regions
- Design, launch, and manage innovative readiness programs with a focus on upskilling partners to deliver customer success and service motions to Autodesk customers
- Promote and drive buy-in for these programs to key stakeholders both inside and outside the company
- Engage with regional teams to ensure successful regional deployment of programs and content
- Evaluate, simplify and clarify existing programs and materials to reduce complexity
- Monitor program effectiveness with Partners and deliver changes as needed
- Effectively and collaboratively work alongside Partner Success Managers, Commercial Customer Success, Partner Enablement, Channel Management at Autodesk
- Engage with regional teams and gain buy-in about regional deployment of programs and content and manage those rollouts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify relevant topics, co-develop program materials, prepare communications, and guide & influence system development to support program execution
