The Platform Data Team, situated within the Autodesk Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Design organization, is looking for a versatile, passionate individual who has experience in program management. You will leverage your experience and personal skills to champion and lead critical, crossâorganizational programs in support of the Platform Data team's mission.
The Platform Data Team is charged with defining, building, and coordinating the creation of the AEC Data Model (AECDM), the data platform that the AEC family of products will be built upon and a key, foundational part of our AEC Industry Cloud, Forma. The team is focused on delivering incremental, highâvalue, customer workflows that simultaneously expand the capabilities of the AECDM.
You will help our Platform teams deliver our vision with high transparency and efficiency by providing strong program leadership, elevating agility, and improving processes. You are adaptable, selfâmotivated, and eager to solve problems with both curiosity and tenacity. An effective communicator, comfortable with ambiguity, and passionate about helping teams identify and achieve their goals.
The role will be offered as an opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the UK.
Responsibilities- Effectively lead diverse stakeholders and organizations to launch and manage especially innovative (sometimes tricky), neverâtriedâbefore initiatives.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to identify relevant topics, coâdevelop program materials, prepare communications, and guide & influence system development to support program execution.
- Monitor program effectiveness and make changes as needed.
- Create and deliver concise and informative updates both across organizations and up through organizations.
- 3+ years of experience in Project or Program Management leading complex initiatives involving multiple teams, in a fastâpaced environment, using Agile methodologies.
- Effective at working crossâfunctionally and collaboratively to influence and align initiatives and priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, selfâdirected and resultsâoriented.
- Strong technical background, detailâoriented, and excellent problemâsolving abilities.
- Skilled in change management and anticipating challenges.
