Our client is looking for an experienced IT: Practice Transition & Data Support professional to support the seamless transition of client data into internal systems when new advisory practices join the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing data, supporting digital onboarding processes, troubleshooting electronic processes and providing technical support and training to users across different regions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cleanse, sanitise, deduplicate and transform client data in preparation for new practice transitions.
  • Prepare and manage client data for migration into internal systems.
  • Proactively interrogate and analyse data to identify potential risks, dependencies and issues before they impact the transition process.
  • Perform bulk client data take-on and file loading into CRM systems.
  • Manage bulk pre-population and enablement for electronic client sign-on.
  • Set up and enable bulk digital signatures for clients on behalf of advisory practices.
  • Integrate processes into CRM systems to support effective client communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot electronic processes between advisory offices and clients on a daily basis.
  • Assist internal users with onboarding clients through digital platforms.
  • Monitor and measure take-up, successes, failures and completion rates.
  • Manage change control relating to practice data entering the production environment.
  • Maintain and update dashboards in line with internal SLAs.
  • Understand business processes and align them with the operating model and digital ecosystem.
  • Provide virtual training and ongoing support to advisory practices and administrative users.
  • Assist with establishing systems and training users to ensure the effective use of electronic processes with clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or certifications.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Experience within the financial services or wealth management environment would be advantageous.
  • TECHNICAL SKILLS & SYSTEMS
  • Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Understanding of JSON payloads and configuration files.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system integrations.
  • Ability to read and understand existing Java Script and C# code.
  • Power BI experience would be advantageous.
  • Experience with internal/proprietary applications.
  • Exposure to CRM systems, particularly Xplan, would be advantageous.
  • Experience with XLS and electronic signature platforms would be beneficial.
