We are seeking compassionate, reliable and dedicated Care Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support with daily living activities.
- Assist with meal preparation, medication prompts and household tasks.
- Support clients with mobility and access to the community.
- Follow individual care plans and risk assessments.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate care records and daily notes.
- Promote dignity, independence and choice at all times.
Requirements
- Previous domiciliary care experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, respectful and reliable approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant care training and DBS, where required.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred where required for the role.
