Meraki Unique Care Limited T/A My Homecare Redbridge is seeking compassionate Care Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes across Redbridge and surrounding areas.
You will provide personal care, assist with daily living tasks, support mobility and community access, follow care plans, and maintain accurate records while promoting dignity and independence. DBS and care training will be provided where required.
