We are currently partnered with a Smaller Investment Management business based in London who are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Data Business Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a permanent role paying £80,000 - £90,000 basic salary plus a great benefits package. This is a London based role working on a hybrid basis.
The client has a fantastic culture and a real collaborative environment – one of the benefits of being a smaller and specialized business. They are currently engaged in a data programme which will transform the business and will involve a greenfield implementation of a new data platform and data warehouse. While this will be the key focus, there are also other programmes across the business, so experience working on other projects across the front to back office would also be a plus.
As a Senior/Lead BA within the team, there will also be the opportunity to mentor and provide leadership to a team of more junior BAs.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience working on a Data Programme/Data Warehouse within an investment manager
- Strong knowledge of investment data
- Experience of working as BA on a Data Warehouse implementation (Markit EDM, Finbourne/Lucid, Rimes, Goldensource, Snowflake, Eagle etc.) would be a major plus but not essential
- Experience in mentoring a team of Junior BAs
