A global financial services company is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join an exciting New Growth team on an initial 6-month contract. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help shape brand-new product initiatives through rapid experimentation and bold, user-led design.

Working alongside strategy and product leaders, you’ll design, prototype, and test new concepts with the goal of identifying future growth opportunities — all while balancing innovation with the needs of the existing product ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with product and strategy leads to design experiments that explore new business opportunities.
  • Conduct user research and leverage insights to shape designs that balance user needs with business goals.
  • Iterate on designs based on data, feedback, and learning from experiments, keeping scalability in mind.
  • Communicate design thinking clearly to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Experience:

  • Extensive experience working in cross-functional product teams, delivering digital products to market.
  • Hands-on experience designing for native mobile apps (iOS/Android) and responsive web platforms.
  • Experience with end-to-end design thinking, from research through to final execution.
