Meraki Talent is partnering with a global financial services powerhouse to hire an experienced In-House Tech Recruiter on an initial 6-month contract. As the business ramps up hiring for high-impact tech roles, we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and add immediate value. This is a hands-on, sourcing-led position focused on delivering top-tier talent across engineering, product, and niche tech disciplines. You’ll be embedded in a high-performing internal talent team, working in close partnership with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the In-House Recruiter - Tech

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment for engineering and product roles across the UK
  • Actively sourcing and headhunting top talent using advanced search techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, research-led)
  • Partnering with the business to understand hiring pain points and creatively problem-solving to close roles quickly and effectively
  • Managing candidate pipelines, market mapping, and proactively identifying talent for future needs

Experience of the In-House Recruiter - Tech

  • Experience in either agency or in-house recruiter in Tech roles
  • Proven success in hiring for engineering, data, and niche roles such as cloud, infrastructure, or DevOps
  • Skilled in active sourcing and market research – not just relying on inbound traffic
  • Comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
