Meraki Talent is partnering with a Insurance firm based in the heart of the City looking for an EMEA Payroll & Benefits Specialist. They are looking for someone who has experience managing end to end payroll operations in the UK, Spain and the Netherlands. Payroll Responsibilities Manage monthly payroll processes for the UK, Spain and the Netherlands. Act as the first point of contact for complex payroll and benefits queries. Partner with third-party providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery. Process changes such as new starters, leavers, bonuses, statutory leave/pay, and benefits deductions. Ensure ongoing compliance with statutory regulations across all regions. Ownership of employee benefit plans (e.g., pensions, healthcare, income protection, family leave). Reconcile payroll and HR system data regularly. Support year-end processes for European and UK entities. Person Specification Minimum 5 yearsβ experience in European payroll processing, with strong UK payroll exposure. Preference working in Insurance, otherwise Financial Services. Proven background working with ADP Celergo or other major payroll systems. In-depth understanding of statutory payroll obligations and benefit plan administration. Strong Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office skills. Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing priorities independently.
