Meraki Talent are working with a London-based branch of an international banking financial institution to help identify a Credit Risk Analyst. This is a great opportunity to work in a small & friendly team and gain some great exposure across the business.
Some of your duties will include:
- Review interest covenants of property loans
- Review the submission of Borrowing Base certificates
- Review calculation of financial covenants
- Check the calculations and highlight breaches
- Review the submission of Management Information / Year end reports and check if an analysis has been done in a timely manner
- Assess the Management Information / Year end reports received and check with RMs if there are deteriorating trends
- Review financial reports of Hotel Lending loans and check financial covenants
- Check Facility Letters
- Check covenant compliance prior to drawdown
- Review the production of quarterly monitoring report for Venture Lending loans
We are looking for:
- Someone with corporate banking credit experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
- Ideally real estate credit experience
- Ability to manage and prioritise your workload
