Job Description Meraki Talent’s client is currently seeking a Utilities Manager to join their business on a permanent basis. Our client is a well-regarded Real Estate firm which operates a builds and manages a range of commercial assets across the globe. The purpose of this role is to oversee the utilities management process including billing validation. Key outcomes in the role: Manage the overall meter reading process, liaising with Facilities Managers (both internal and external) and working with external Energy Consultants as required Review and work with property managers on utility meter surveys and to ensure billing infrastructure is correctly set up and maintained Assist with data interpretation for the property management team to understand energy usage on the properties, interface with tenants on billing matters as required Overall management of the Change of Tenancy process Manage and review the master list of meters and records maintained by Energy Consultants Manage the relationship with major utility providers – this may involve resolving disputes and chasing for funds for credits For this role my client is seeking applications from individuals with experience in energy procurement and ideally billing validation.
