Talent Acquisition Partner – 6 Month contract

Our Financial Services client are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Advisor to be part of a truly iconic growing global brand. Reporting to the Head of Talent you will be focusing on supporting the management team in the day-to-day operations of attracting talent within the market. This role is initially 6 month maternity contract.

Talent Acquisition Advisor duties:

• Full engagement with candidates and their party agencies
• Writing and posting engaging adverts
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements
• Proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of methods
• Conducting screening calls (telephone or virtual)
• Shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews and supporting when required
• Managing the offer and closing process
• Maintaining and updating the ATS system and providing feedback
• Carry out recruitment duties for the UK and international offices
• Manage recruitment media and recruitment advertising
• Source CV on relevant job boards and social media sites
• Various ad-hoc projects, such as salary and benefit benchmarking
• Assisting with the company recruitment branding
