Meraki Talent are working with a top Law firm with offices across the UK. They are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary with proven experience within the industry, to join their office based in Colchester.
The role will involve secretarial duties, as well as operational support to the office.
Legal Secretary Duties:
- Provide the Central Support team with reliable operational, secretarial and administrative support.
- Prepare a range of correspondence and legal documentation, including assisting with digital dictation
- Manage client/matter files, alongside file opening procedures
- Act as a point of contact for client queries
- Schedule meetings and manage diaries
- Ensure office H&S policies and procedures are adhered to
- Order office supplies
- Maintain case management system
Knowledge/Experience:
- Proven experience within a Law firm
- Secretarial and administrative experience
- Familiar with case management systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
