Meraki Talent are working with a Private Equity firm based in the SW1 area who are looking for a polished and professional candidate to support their Investor Relations team.
\\n
\\nThis role would suit either a Graduate with experience as a Team Assistant, or preferably someone with proven experience within Investor Relations. 
\\n
\\nInvestor Relations Duties:

\\n\\n

    \\n\\t
  • Diary management for the IR team 
  • \\n\\t

  • Send out corporate access invitations 
  • \\n\\t

  • Produce accurate and detailed roadshow schedules 
  • \\n\\t

  • Log all IR activity on the CRM 
  • \\n\\t

  • Develop relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients 
  • \\n\\t

  • Manage the investor roadshow and feedback process 
  • \\n\\t

  • Attend investor meetings 
  • \\n\\t

  • Coordinate events such as conferences and group meetings 
  • \\n

\\nExperience/Knowledge:

\\n\\n

    \\n\\t
  • Educated to degree level with proven experience within Investor Relations OR 
  • \\n\\t

  • Proven experience within IR – either within an IR role or as a PA/Team Assistant
  • \\n\\t

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients 
  • \\n\\t

  • Strong attention to detail
  • \\n\\t

  • Able to prioritise and manage own workload 
  • \\n
