Meraki Talent is working with a top 40 Accountancy firm who are looking for a Business Support Administrator to support the Operations team in their Bristol office.
You will have proven experience in a similar administrative role, strong attention to detail and a positive, confident attitude.
Team Administrator Responsibilities:
- Booking meeting rooms
- Manage requests via the Business Support Helpdesk Ticketing system
- Meet and greet office guests and clients
- Deal with incoming calls and emails
- Support with monthly billing
- Support with client on-boarding
- Undertake projects as required
- Assist with general office admin such as filing etc.
Experience/Skills:
- GCSE's in Maths and English - grade 5 or above
- Proven experience in an administrative support role
- Experience in professional services (preferable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Strong team player
