Responsibilities
- Manage & work on statutory audits from planning to completion
- Manage your audit teams, take responsibility & ownership of completion of each project
- Ensure that budgets & deadlines are respected
- Work as a key point of contact to clients, including during fieldwork and for follow-ups
- Review the work of associates and seniors
- Research issues, and bring solutions to review by Partners or Directors
- The overall management & running of audits
- Report directly to Partners and Directors
- Manage your own portfolio of clients
- Deliver quality audits
- Identify client needs and respond to them
- Manage work & billing on client assignments
Requirements
- Ability to provide proactive advice to clientele
- Experience of working with complex reporting structures and complex groups with component auditors
- Ability to delegate and ask for help and support when required
- Ability to recognise audit risks and implications on business where lack of controls
- Full qualification like ICAEW, ACCA, ICAS or other
- 6+ years of experience in external audit experience of Pension Funds clientele
