Meraki Talent are exclusively supporting with the appointment of a permanent UK & European Finance Manager based in Perth paying up to £60,000 plus bonus & benefits.

The Role
The Finance Manager is a key contributor to the continued success of the European operations, which form a central pillar of the group’s global growth strategy. This high-impact role strikes a balance between hands-on financial management and strategic business partnering, ensuring compliance with accounting standards while driving commercially informed decision-making. With strong visibility across regional and international stakeholders, the role offers significant scope to influence performance and contribute to long-term planning. As the European presence continues to scale, this position is expected to evolve in parallel offering a clear and credible route into senior leadership for an ambitious and capable individual.
The key components of the role will include:
- Reporting to the CFO
- Responsibility for UK & European operations
- Production and presentation of monthly management accounts
- Business partnering with senior & non-financial stakeholders
- Feeding into robust month & year-end close
- Ownership of balance sheet, intercompany & fixed assets
- Overseeing transactional finance
- Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls & systems

The position of Finance Manager is based in Perth, with the employer open to entertaining flexible working requests, however applicants must be located within sensible distance of the office. The role will offer a salary of up to £60,000 plus bonus & benefits.
Candidate Profile
We are keen to engage with candidates that have a track record of blended experience incorporating both hand-on accounting, and commercial finance. it’s imperative that the individual has excellent UK accounting legislation knowledge.
The preference is to acquire a qualified Accountant, however qualified by experience will be considered with relevant practical experience.
