Meraki Talent is partnering with Data Consultancy based in the City, looking for a Talent & Engagement Coordinator. You will be responsible for managing recruitment as well as supporting with employee engagement across the business. This company offers excellent benefits and hybrid working model. Talent & Engagement Responsibilities:
- Dealing with the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, telephone screening, interviewing across multiple position across the business.
- Managing full interview process, scheduling interviews with line managers, conducing skill assessments and qualifications based on the needs of the role.
- Coordinating interviews and tasks, ensuring the best candidate journey at all stages.
- Ensure the ATS (Smart Recruiters) is kept always updated, with each stage of candidate process, and all candidate details.
- Managing the offer process, negotiating when needed, supporting with offer letters and contract send outs.
- Working in collaboration with the HR team, bring new ideas for employee engagement initiatives.
- Sending out surveys for employee feedback, to improve in certain areas.
- Identifying talent needs, future hiring needs and networking events to stay a competitive employer.
Person Specification:
- Preferred candidate will have a Degree, in HR, Business Administration or similar
- Strong relationship skills, ability to build rapport across all levels of the business
- Excellent project management skills
- At least two years’ experience, managing recruitment and employee engagement
- Experienced using ATS/HRIS to manage applicants
