The predicted salary is between 30000 - 70000 £ per year.

  • Work closely with the CFO, Head of Finance and I.T to shape and deliver future payroll strategy.

  • Ensure that all HMRC submissions are made, payroll reconciliations carried out and all legislative timescales are adhered to.

  • Responsible for managing a payroll administrator and support with any queries when required.

  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.

  • Collaborate with other departments such as HR and Finance teams when required.

  • Ensure compliance with UK Laws (HMRC) and internal policies.

  • Confident in liaising with Internal and External Auditors and manage payroll tax audits.

  • Oversee processing of payroll changes and system upgrades.

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role.

  • Up to date knowledge of UK Payroll Laws and procedures

  • Experience of working with outsourced Payroll provider (MoorePay or similar)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Salary up to £50,000

  • Performance related Bonus
