Meraki Talent is looking to hire a Part time IT Support Analyst to join one of their not-for-profit clients. The organisation is a longstanding trade body with a proud 100 year history of member support and industry representation.
This position plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of systems used across all departments and functions. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for both system improvement and user support, helping to drive technical reliability and service efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities of the IT Support Analyst
- Deliver hands-on support for internal business platforms, including CRM and membership systems.
- Provide first-line technical assistance to users, including issue resolution, user setup, and escalation when necessary.
- Assist in the evolution and refinement of internal systems through testing, reporting, and user training.
- Contribute to ongoing technology projects, helping to monitor progress and suggest improvements.
- Step in during absence cover to ensure continuity of IT support, including hardware and software provisioning.
Background of the IT Support Analyst
- Demonstrated experience in an IT Support or Systems Support role
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide users through technical queries or system use.
- Comfortable working with reporting tools and data platforms—familiarity with tools like SQL, HTML a plus.
- Clear communication and a service-driven mindset with a collaborative approach.
