Meraki Talent are exclusively supporting with the appointment of a permanent Group Head of Finance based along the M9 corridor with hybrid working paying a highly competitive salary, bonus & benefits package.

The Role
The position of Group Head of Finance will report to and support the European Finance Director. The role will have strong variation between people leadership, group finance & compliance, and operational finance to influence strategy, direction and decision making. The key components will include:
People Leadership
- Hiring, training and developing of a finance team including Accountants, Part Qualified & Transactional Finance – AP, AR, Credit Control & Payroll
Group Finance & Compliance
- Ownership of financial reporting, financial accounting, compliance, governance & risk
- Involvement in high profile process & continuous improvement projects
- Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls & systems
- VAT & Taxation returns
Operational Finance
- Influencing strategy, direction and decision making
- Finalisation and presentation of monthly reporting packs
- Business partnering with senior and non-financial stakeholders including Departmental Heads
- Budgeting, forecasting & cashflow analysis
