Meraki Talent is currently looking to recruit a Debt Recovery Paralegal to join a regional firm in Glasgow. This role is permanent.
You will be working as part of the firm’s litigation team on a broad range of matters assisting fee earners and handling your own caseload. The firm is known for developing your career from the outset and for providing a collaborative and friendly working environment.
Duties and responsibilities of the ideal candidate:
- You will assist other fee earners and will work closely with other Paralegals in the team.
- You will be responsible for your own caseload of debt recovery matters.
- You will liaise with clients directly.
About You:
- You will ideally have around 3 years Paralegal experience but applications from those with less experience will also be considered.
- You will have a working knowledge of Sheriff Court documents and procedures.
- Knowledge of housing association tenancy cases is desirable.
- Team player.
- Work well to deadlines.
