Meraki Talent is supporting the search for an experienced Client Services Manager to join a respected and growing professional services firm. This is a key leadership role where you'll manage a varied portfolio of clients while overseeing a team delivering a full range of corporate services.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Leading management meetings and driving operational improvements
- Managing billing, utilisation targets, and cash collections across your team
- Overseeing accurate fee billing, financial controls, and process documentation
- Conducting performance reviews and mentoring team members
- Ensuring smooth delivery across all core service lines
Key experience & skills:
- ACA or ACCA qualified with solid post-qualification experience
- Strong background in managing accounting/admin teams
- Experienced in delivering services like bookkeeping, accounts prep, tax, VAT, payroll & company secretarial work
- Good understanding of VAT and Corporation Tax
- Comfortable with FRS 102 (IFRS exposure would be a bonus)
- Experience with financial services and/or FCA regulated clients or real estate clients is a definite plus
