About the Opportunity

You’ll work alongside experienced installers on domestic projects, gaining hands-on experience and developing valuable technical skills in a fast-paced, professional environment. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Supporting skilled window fitters on a range of installations
  • Handling and preparing materials safely and efficiently
  • Ensuring work areas are organised, clean, and professional at all times
  • Assisting with fitting, sealing, finishing, and general site duties
  • Representing the company professionally when interacting with customers

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous site or labouring experience (window fitting experience advantageous)
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn

  • Physical fitness and ability to work in a hands-on environment
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
