We are seeking dynamic and dedicated HGV1 Drivers to join our Dagenham based team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating curtain side vehicles, to deliver goods efficiently and reliably across the region.

Duties:

  • This is a general haulage operation that may require some supermarket distribution deliveries.
  • The day time operation is typically 1-3 drops per day starting between (Apply online only) daily.
  • The night time operation normally involves trunking between Distribution Centres and starts are between (Apply online only).
  • The shifts lengths are generally around 12-hours in length but can vary.

Rates:

  • Monday-Friday (days) £16.06ph
  • Monday-Friday (nights) £16.95ph
  • Saturday (all hours) £19.63ph
  • Sunday (all hours) £21.41ph
  • Bank Holiday (all hours) £21.41ph

All hours paid weekly.

Qualifications:

  • Current valid UK Cat C+E driving license entitlement.
  • Current valid DQC and Driver Cards.
  • A minimum of 6-months experience in driving this class of vehicle.
  • No more than 6 endorsement points - No DR, DD or CD endorsements.
  • Previous experience operating curtain side trailers preferred.
