CNC Programmer Permanent Role

Location: Crewkerne

Salary: £45,758 (inc. shift allowance)

Shifts: Rotating (6am–2pm Mon–Fri / 2pm–12am Mon–Thurs)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Setting and operating CNC turning machines to produce precision components
  • Programming or editing CNC programmes (Citizen machines)
  • Monitoring performance and making adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Working to tight tolerances with a strong focus on detail
  • Collaborating with production teams to meet and exceed targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (Fanuc / G-Code)
  • Experience with Citizen machines is essential
  • Ability to set machines independently and work to fine tolerances
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • A reliable team player with a solid work ethic
