Magnus Search are looking for Multi Skilled Engineers to join a fantastic company based in Callington. This opportunity is a Full Time Permanent position offering a competitive salary along with some fantastic benefits such as:

There are two shift patterns available consisting of either:
- Day Shift: 06:30 – 18:45
Rotation: Week 1: Friday to Sunday, Week 2: Thursday to Sunday - Night Shift: 18:30 – 06:45
Rotation: Week 1 Saturday to Monday, Week 2 Saturday to Tuesday
As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will:
- Keep production moving through proactive and reactive maintenance
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and long-term solutions
- Develop your knowledge of onsite machinery and new equipment
- Maintain a strong focus on Food Safety and Health & Safety standards
- Record and report key data to support performance improvements
- Build strong relationships through effective communication with production teams and stakeholders
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings:
- Electrical qualification (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent and above) as an essential requirement
- Experience in fault finding (with and without technical drawings)
- Background in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of electrical control panels, inverter drives, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to use initiative and keep stakeholders informed
