We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Line Leader to join our fast-paced production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys leading people and takes pride in delivering high standards. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, motivating your team and ensuring quality, efficiency and safety are at the heart of everything you do.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the smooth day-to-day running of the production line.
- Drive performance to achieve production targets, efficiency and quality standards.
- Motivate, coach and support team members to create a positive and productive working environment.
- Complete production paperwork, machinery checks and records accurately.
- Monitor product quality and ensure specifications and customer standards are consistently met.
- Ensure labels, packaging and production documentation are correct and compliant.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and hygiene standards across the production area.
- Promote a strong Health & Safety culture and lead by example at all times.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
