Meppershall Church of England Academy is a vibrant, inclusive community dedicated to providing outstanding education. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated support team.
The Role
Working closely with our teaching staff and Senior Leadership Team, you will take an active role in enhancing pupil learning. Your duties will include delivering pre-planned lessons, leading small group interventions, providing whole-class cover, and assisting teachers with assessing pupil progress.
