Key Requirements:
- UK based experience on multi-residential projects for affordable housing providers or private developers.
- Excellent design & organisational skills and a high level of Technical Design Stage expertise.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- BIM/ Revit proficiency.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and have permanent UK residency.
- ARB registered/ CIAT accredited or working towards.
