SES Engineering Services are looking for an Agency Labour Manager to provide ownership, governance and visibility of the organisation's agency labour workforce and labour supply chain. The newly created role is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong experience in workforce management, labour supply, compliance and workforce planning to establish a robust, data-driven approach to agency labour management across the business.

Working closely with operational leaders, project teams, HR, Procurement, Finance, Health & Safety and agency partners, you will play a critical role in ensuring the business has complete visibility of its contingent workforce, while strengthening compliance, improving supplier performance and supporting more effective workforce planning decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Establish and maintain a single source of truth for the agency labour workforce, ensuring accurate information is available to support operational, commercial and strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the governance of agency labour across the business, ensuring compliance with legal, contractual and company requirements while driving improvements in workforce visibility, supplier management and labour planning.
  • Lead agency labour governance and compliance, ensuring Right to Work, qualifications, certifications and supplier standards are consistently maintained.
  • Develop and maintain a single source of truth for the agency workforce, providing accurate reporting, dashboards and workforce intelligence.
  • Manage agency supplier performance and labour supply chains, driving compliance, service quality, fill rates and Preferred Supplier List adherence.
  • Partner with operational teams on workforce planning, identifying labour demand, skill gaps, redeployment opportunities and future resource requirements.
  • Provide oversight of agency labour costs and commercial performance, monitoring spend, rates, margins and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement, standardising processes, improving workforce visibility and enhancing labour management practices.
