SES Engineering Services are recruiting for a Senior Project Administrator to join our team in the Northwest, supporting high profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.

What You'll Be Doing
Our Senior Project Administrators are a valuable part of our business, and their role will encompass providing comprehensive project administration support, ensuring the effective coordination of project documentation, reporting, and communication across multiple project teams.
Whilst supporting the successful delivery of projects and maintaining high standards of organisation and efficiency throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
- As Our Senior Project Administrator You Will
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, ensuring project documentation, records, correspondence, and filing systems are accurately maintained and controlled.
- Coordinate project reporting requirements, collating information from operational, commercial, and planning teams to support project reviews and business reporting.
- Manage the distribution, tracking, and control of project documentation, ensuring information is issued, received, and stored in accordance with company procedures and project requirements.
- Support project teams with meeting coordination, minute taking, action tracking, onboarding of project personnel, and the administration of key project processes and systems.
- Work closely with project stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and efficient day-to-day project operations.
