MEPJOBS UK in London is seeking a site-based maintenance technician to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on building plant and HVAC systems. You will monitor BMS, manage fire alarm systems, pumps, FCUs, AHUs, and perform water treatment tasks with ACOP L8 knowledge.
You will work within a site-based team, liaising with the Landlord and supervising subcontractors. A 1 in 4 call-out rota and regular Saturday supervision are required.
