An established M&E contractor is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their commercial team in Kent. This role will suit someone with strong M&E estimating and commercial management experience looking to work on a range of technically challenging commercial and industrial projects.
The Role:
- Preparing detailed M&E cost estimates and tender submissions
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and scope documents
- Managing project costs, valuations and variations
- Supporting procurement and subcontractor negotiations
- Producing cost forecasts and final accounts
- Working closely with design and project delivery teams
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor or Estimator
- Good understanding of Mechanical & Electrical building services
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
