An established M&E contractor is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their commercial team in Kent. This role will suit someone with strong M&E estimating and commercial management experience looking to work on a range of technically challenging commercial and industrial projects.

The Role:

  • Preparing detailed M&E cost estimates and tender submissions
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications and scope documents
  • Managing project costs, valuations and variations
  • Supporting procurement and subcontractor negotiations
  • Producing cost forecasts and final accounts
  • Working closely with design and project delivery teams

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor or Estimator
  • Good understanding of Mechanical & Electrical building services
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
  • Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
