MEP Technical Talent are recruiting 2 x experienced Plumbers for a social housing apartment block project in Llandudno. This is a live site installing new-build / refurbishment apartments, so we’re looking for reliable, tidy operatives with experience working in residential environments.
Scope of Works:
- Installation of Dimplex Edel units
- 2nd fixing bathrooms
- General domestic pipework installation
- Working with:
- Copper crimped fittings
- Henco plastic pipework
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS / JIB card (minimum Blue Skilled Worker)
- Proven experience on social housing or apartment schemes
- Experience installing heat pump / cylinder systems (Dimplex Edel experience desirable)
- Ability to work independently and to programme
- Own tools & PPE
