MEP Technical Talent are currently recruiting for experienced Plumbers / Pipefitters to work on a number of school refurbishment projects across Liverpool, Wirral and Cheshire.
The projects will involve mechanical installation works as part of planned summer programmes, working alongside established M&E contractors.
Duties will include
- Installation of copper and screwed pipework
- Plant room installations
- Heating systems
- Domestic services
- Sanitary ware installation
- General commercial plumbing works
- Working from drawings
Requirements
- Previous commercial plumbing / pipefitting experience
- Valid CSCS / JIB Skills Card preferred
- Own tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a site team
- Experience working on schools, commercial projects or similar would be beneficial
