We are currently recruiting experienced Plumbers for a new build housing development in the Alder Hey area of Liverpool. The project is at second-fix stage and we require plumbers with previous new build housing experience who are confident carrying out a range of plumbing and heating installation works.
The Role
- 2nd fix plumbing installations
- Installation of heat pump cylinders
- Installation and connection of Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) systems
- Installation of sanitary ware
- Bathrooms and associated plumbing works
- General hot and cold-water services
- Completing installations to a high standard
- Working from drawings and specifications

Requirements
- Previous new build housing plumbing experience
- Experience with 2nd fix plumbing and sanitary installations

- Valid CSCS/JIB-PMES card
- Own tools and PPE
- Able to start immediately or at short notice
